Irish Lamb Stew, and the Bacon and Cabbage. What is Bacon and Cabbage you ask? In Ireland the traditional St. Pactrick’s dinner was Pork Tenderloin (Bacon) and the cabbage we know and love. When the Irish moved to the states they could not afford their favourite pork meal, so inexpenisve corned beef was sustituted. MMMMmmm…delicous. Also look for Ireland’s perfect soup Colcannon
